Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Return Policy.

Refund for Cancellations

If you cancel your order successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation by Jewellery Edit

We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, such as item unavailability, errors in pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. If your order is cancelled by us, you will be refunded the full amount within the standard Razorpay timelines.
