Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your artificial jewelry from Jewellery Edit. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

• You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Note on Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective in transit.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return for a damaged, defective, or missing item, an unaltered unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).

You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
